Hi Caitlin here (Female Coordinator). We are having a pre-season training session this Sunday 9.30am at Wam Sports Ground. Females of all ages welcome. Feel free to come have a go and see what we do - no experience required and all fitness levels welcome. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
